Nudelman Residence Addition

This 1970s tri-level home was in need of a major overhaul.  Joe Architect proposed demolishing the garage and adding to the opposite end to create a new 2-car garage with additional storage, a great room above,  and new mud room entrance linking old and new.   The additions effectively flipped the orientation of the house.  With the interior renovations to add a new master bedroom suite, reconfigure the main living spaces and create a dramatic entrance, this old house sings a new song!  Interiors by Owner and construction by Young Squared, LLC.
